Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day, as our logistics facility is closed during those periods. During busy times, sales, or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
We ship all orders from our third-party logistics warehouse.
Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier rate. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media pages.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. Adapted Mindset is not responsible for any customs delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at adaptedmindset313@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll assist in tracking your package.
Adapted Mindset is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify or redirect it.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it once the re-shipping fee is covered by the customer.
